By accessing or using Spairise Atelier at spairise.click (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
4. Course Access
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access course materials subject to these Terms. Live cohort availability is limited and scheduled by us.
5. Payments and Refunds
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Refunds for self-paced courses are available within 7 days if you completed less than 20% of the content. Live cohort purchases are refundable prior to the second session unless otherwise stated.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, including videos, text, and assignments, are owned or licensed by Spairise Atelier and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including prohibitions on scraping, reverse engineering, sharing unauthorized access, or infringing intellectual property rights.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, employment, or financial returns.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
