How much time should I allocate per week?
Most courses require 3–5 hours weekly to see steady progress. The 30-Day Sprint needs ~45–60 minutes daily.
Are critiques included?
Self-critique frameworks are built in. Live cohorts include scheduled critique sessions; video-only tracks include rubric checklists and sample reviews.
What skill levels do you support?
Beginner to advanced. Placement guidance is available via the Contact page for custom paths.
Do I need special materials?
Pencils (HB–6B), charcoal, kneaded eraser, newsprint or sketchbook, and a straight edge. We provide alternatives if items are unavailable locally.
Can I download lessons?
Video lessons are stream-only. Handouts and checklists are downloadable for personal use.
What is the refund policy?
For self-paced courses, full refund within 7 days if you completed less than 20% of lessons. Live cohorts follow the policy in our Terms.
How are courses updated?
We periodically revise lessons to improve clarity, add demos, and address student questions. Updates are included for all active students.
Do you offer certificates?
You can request a completion letter summarizing your coursework. We do not offer accredited certifications.
